If any of your information has changed recently (including “occupation”) please completed the attached data collection form and return to admin@stcolsbays.wa.edu.au by Tuesday 15 June 2021.
The collection of this data contributes towards the Government funding the school receives therefore any incomplete or incorrect data may result in underestimating our funding requirements.
