Welcome to our OSHC Club here at St Columba’s School. We provide care to children attending St Columba’s School and St Michael’s in Bassendean.

Service

We provide Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care, as well as all day care during the school’s Pupil Free Days.

Our Before School Care service opens at 7.00am and we provide a morning snack and take Kindy and Pre-Primary children to their classes. The session is $25 per child.

After School Care operates from 3.00pm to 6.00pm and we provide afternoon tea to the children with fruit and water available throughout the afternoon. The 3.00pm to 6.00pm session is $40 per child. If you only need your child to attend after school for a short period, you may book in from 3.00pm to 4.00pm for a lower fee of $25.

Vacation Care opens from 7.00am to 6.00pm and we provide morning and afternoon tea. Each theme day is $80 per child, days with incursions are $85 and those with excursions are $95, before any Centrelink Subsidy has been applied.

Bookings

Children may attend our service from January 1st of the year that they enter a Kindy class at the school. Unfortunately, we are unable to take children attending the Pre-Kindy class.

You will then receive an email confirming your registration on our waitlist and we will be in touch for more information or with an offer of a spot.

Once you are enrolled with our OSHC service you will also have access to our vacation care program. Bookings for this program are separate to any term time bookings your child may have. Bookings for the vacation care program open 4 weeks before the end of each school term and the program of activities is sent out to families a few days before.  Bookings are made on a first come first served basis.
