Dear Parents,

National Reconciliation Week

As you know, this week is National Reconciliation Week (NRW)
which is celebrated across Australia each year between 27 May and 3 June.
The week is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures and achievements and to explore how each of us can join the national reconciliation effort. The theme for this year is Walk the Talk and tonight begins the Indigenous round in the AFL competition.

Thursday's Excursions Cancelled (Excluding Year 6)

Dear Parents

I have made an executive decision and have cancelled Thursday's excursions (Excluding year 6). I have been advised it's going to be 40 degrees, far too hot for the children to be out most of the day.

School Concert and Disco

The School Concert and Disco will proceed as scheduled, commencing at 6.00pm.

Concert and Disco - 29/11/13

Dear Parents

Due to the inclement weather, a decision will be made today at 5.00pm and announced on the school’s website. All parents are requested to check the school’s website at 5.15pm this afternoon.

If the Concert and Disco are cancelled, families will be required to collect their pizzas at 7.15pm and 7.45pm, as indicated in yesterday’s newsletter.

St Columba's Tigers - Champions Again!

Congratulations to the St Columba's Tigers (Netball team) in winning their division again in 2013.

We are all very proud of their achievements and efforts!




6 nights accommodation in a 6 bedroom house on the beach at Eagle Bay, near Dunsborough. The house is child‐friendly and sleeps up to 15 people comfortably. Facilities include a private boardwalk to the (very child‐friendly) beach, a roof‐top cedar bath and full‐size billiard table and table‐tennis table.
This house is not available for rent - it is a private holiday house that has been kindly donated for use for this fundraising event.
Available from Friday 13th – Thursday 19th December 2013.

Come and celebrate the short, but courageous life, of Harvey Lovering.

Service will be followed by refreshments in the Condolence Room.

Lion colours - gold, bronze, orange and yellow are the colours of the day. The brighter the louder the roar.

No flowers please, all donations to be made to PMH Foundation. Envelopes will be provided on Friday.

Parents and students are welcome to attend the service this Friday.
